Christopher Bowring F.C.C.A., A.C.I.S., A.I.B., T.E.P., formerly Managing Director of Fiduciary Trust (Cayman) Limited, has been a resident of the Cayman Islands since 1979. He is a fellow of the Association of Certified Accountants and Associate of the Institute of Chartered Secretaries and Administrators, and an Associate of the Chartered Institute of Bankers (now the Institute of Financial Services). He has over 25 years experience in the management of various entities including mutual funds, trusts and corporations in a number of jurisdictions, in particular the Cayman Islands. Mr. Bowring currently serves as Managing Director of IMS Ltd.
Philip Cater, B.Com., C.A., a resident of the Cayman Islands, has over twenty years experience in the mutual funds industry. He received a Bachelor of Commerce degree in Accounting from the University of Auckland in 1984, and is a member of the Institute of Chartered Accountants of New Zealand. Mr. Cater is employed as a Senior Company Manager for International Management Services Ltd. (“IMS"), a firm engaged in the management of offshore corporations. Prior to joining IMS he was the Funds Controller and Legal & Compliance Officer for UBS Fund Services (Cayman) Ltd (1999-2003) responsible for over 400 funds valued at over $30bn, Managing Director of Dresdner Fund Administration (Cayman) Ltd (1996-1999), Project Accountant and then Joint Head of Middle Office at Kleinwort Benson Investment Management Ltd in London (1991-1996). Mr. Cater received his professional training with Ernst & Young in Auckland and the Cayman Islands
Mark Cook, B.Com, B.Econ, CA (Australia), Acc.Dir. is employed as a Senior Company Manager for International Management Services Ltd. ("IMS"), a firm engaged in the management of offshore corporations. Prior to joining IMS in 2012, he was a Senior Vice President at Maples Fiduciary Services, where his primary role was to serve as a director of Cayman Islands investment funds covering a wide range of strategies and structures. He was first employed in the Cayman Islands in 2005 with Citco Fund Services (Cayman Islands) Limited after moving from a career in chartered accounting in Australia. Mr. Cook is a Chartered Accountant, a member of the Cayman Islands Society of Professional Accountants, the Cayman Islands Directors Association and the Institute of Chartered Secretaries and Administrators of Canada. The services of Mr. Cook as a director of funds are provided by IMS. IMS is licensed under the Cayman Islands Mutual Funds Law (as amended) to provide directors to Cayman Islands registered mutual funds.
Ian Goodall, M.A. (Hons), C.A. (Director/Secretary), is a member of the Institute of Chartered Accountants of Scotland. He obtained an M.A. (Hons) Upper Second in Economics and Geography at Glasgow University, and qualified as a chartered accountant with Thomson McLintock, Glasgow. Mr. Goodall is a director and Company Secretary for International Management Services Ltd. (“IMS"), a firm engaged in the management of offshore corporations. Prior to joining IMS in 1989, he was an audit manager with Price Waterhouse & Co. Mr Goodall is an experienced fund director and specializes in domiciliary services for offshore companies and mutual funds.
Sarah Kelly, FCCA, a resident of the Cayman Islands, has been a Fellow of the Association of Certified Accountants since 1997 and has a Certificate of Proficiency in Insolvency which she obtained in 2005. Mrs. Kelly is employed as a Manager-Fund Fiduciary Services for International Management Services Ltd (“IMS”), a firm engaged in the management of offshore corporations. From 2005 to 2007 Mrs. Kelly was a Fund Accounting Manager with Fortis Prime Fund Solutions where she gained extensive knowledge in the formation and management of mutual funds and company structures. Prior to working in the Cayman Islands she was employed by KMPG in the United Kingdom. Mrs. Kelly has 15 years accounting experience in various entities including mutual funds, trusts and corporations.
Michael McDonald, CA., TEP., is a Chartered Accountant with extensive experience providing directorship services to funds and companies in the Cayman Islands. Mr. McDonald is employed by International Management Services Ltd., a company engaged in the provision of fiduciary services to offshore companies. He previously worked for Genesis Trust and Corporate Services Ltd (previously affiliated with KPMG) as a fund director where he specialised in the provision of trust, private wealth and corporate management services to companies, trusts, and related entities world wide. Prior to Genesis Trust, Mr McDonald was a Senior Manager with Fortis Prime Fund Solutions (Cayman) Limited where he led a team of fund accountants and was responsible for the accurate calculation and review of net asset valuations. He started his career with KPMG and is a member of the Society of Trust and Estate Practitioners (STEP). Mr. McDonald is also a member of the Cayman Islands Society of Public Accountants and the Cayman Islands Directors Association.
Geoff Ruddick, B.Com, CA, CFA, FICA, Acc.Dir., a resident of the Cayman Islands, is a Chartered Accountant, a member of the Institute of Chartered Financial Analysts, and a fellow of the International Compliance Association. Mr. Ruddick is employed as a Senior Company Manager for International Management Services Ltd. (“IMS”), a firm engaged in the management of offshore corporations. Prior to joining IMS he was the Managing Director of Hedge works Fund Services Ltd. and before that, he was a Director and Compliance Officer with Derivatives Portfolio Management Ltd. (now DPM Mellon). Prior to entering the commercial side of fund management, Mr. Ruddick worked with KPMG in Vancouver auditing mutual funds, banks, and insurance companies and later with KPMG in the Cayman Islands, where he worked in the Corporate Recovery department involving the liquidation of mutual funds and other regulated entities.
Tim Woolaver, B.Acc., C.A., Acc.Dir. is an experienced fund director and has served on the boards of hedge funds and special purpose vehicles for many years. Tim is a Canadian Chartered Accountant, holds the Accredited Director designation granted by the Institute of Chartered Secretaries in Canada and has a Bachelor of Accounting degree from Brock University in St Catherines, Ontario, Canada. He started his professional career as a Chartered Accountant in Canada, moving to the Cayman Islands in 1998 where he spent two years with PricewaterhouseCoopers auditing hedge funds and other offshore financial entities. He subsequently spent over seven years with Citco Fund Services (Cayman Islands) Limited as a Senior Account Manager. He was responsible for managing the entire relationship for a large group of hedge funds. During this time he liaised with investment managers, shareholders, auditors, legal counsel and other service providers on all matters. For nearly five years prior to joining IMS Fund Services, the hedge fund governance department of IMS, as a Senior Company Manager, he served exclusively as a hedge fund and special purpose vehicle director for many entities as Senior Vice President at Maples Fiduciary Services (Cayman) Limited. Mr. Woolaver is currently a resident of the Cayman Islands and has been since 1998.
Ebony Myles-Berry, BBA, EMBA, Acc. Dir., is a fund director with experience that encompasses all aspects of the operation of offshore investment funds including regulation, compliance, audit and administration, ensuring added value to the corporate governance of an investment fund. Ebony is employed to International Management Services ("IMS"), and serves as a director on the boards of alternative investment funds and special purpose vehicles. Prior to joining IMS, she was a Vice President at Maples Fiduciary Services (Cayman) Limited where she served as a director for several years on a wide range of investment funds, including multi-manager funds, hedge funds, private equity funds and segregated portfolio companies. In addition to providing director services, she also specialized in providing fiduciary services to unit trusts. Prior to that, she worked at Walkers SPV Limited as a Business Analyst and at the Cayman Islands Monetary Authority as a Treasury Analyst. She has a Bachelor of Business Administration in International Business and Finance from Florida International University and a Certificate in Executive MBA studies from the University of Toronto. She also earned a Diploma in Fund Administration (Merit) from the University of Manchester. She is also a member of the Cayman Islands Directors Association and she is an Accredited Director by the Chartered Secretaries of Canada. She is also a Notary Public of the Cayman Islands.
Anna Yonge, B. Bus, CPA, a resident of the Cayman Islands and a member of Certified Practicing Accountants (CPA) of Australia with over 8 years of accounting experience. In 2001, she received a Bachelor of Business degree majoring in Accounting from Griffith University in Gold Coast, Australia. Mrs. Yonge is employed as a Fund Accountant for International Management Services Ltd (“IMS”), a firm engaged in the management of offshore corporations. Prior to joining IMS in 2008, she worked in Australia, primarily from a taxation background working for middle to second tier firms and managing her own client base in various entities including partnerships, companies, trusts and superannuation funds.
Christoph Barnett, B.S., MSc, CPA, CFA, is a Certified Public Accountant and holds the Chartered Financial Analyst designation. He recevied a Bachelor of Science and Accounting and Music Performance from Florida Southern College and a Master of Science in Accounting and Finance from London School of Economics. Mr. Barnett joined IMS in January 2013. He previoiusly worked in Citco Fund Services (Cayman Islands) Limited for 5 years where he was a Senior Fund Accountant
